A Tranquil Epiphany
..And she looked into his eyes and saw that gentle look of the warmth of his love. She was shaking but he held her close to his heart and wrapped his arms around her. She looked up and all she could think of was how lucky she was to have someone like him. His smile. His eyes. He who loves her and keeps her safe and sound. He who tames her and keeps her calm. She never loved anyone as much as she loved him and she never thought she could.
But, here he was with his arms wrapped around her, singing her to sleep. He can be every man's woman, she thought to herself. But, he became hers. Hers alone.
In dim light, and complete one-ness she listened to the beating of his heart and felt at complete ease. The tranquility of two souls at peace.
